You can download 1.4.2 from the bukkit dev page, this version adds a special Halloween drop party firework that will engage your players in a bit of spooky fun. Also included in this update is the ability to have custom fireworks take advantage of the new 1.4 mobs and items. When doing a drop party now I have changed the names of a few items so users can see what is being added.
